By accessing and using Loona Period Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

Loona provides period tracking, cycle predictions, and health insights for menstrual health management. The app stores data locally on your device.

3. Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Loona is NOT a medical device and should not be used for medical diagnosis or as a substitute for professional medical advice. The predictions and insights provided are estimates based on your data and should not be relied upon for contraception or medical decisions.

Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

You retain all rights to the data you input into Loona. We do not claim ownership of your personal health information.

6. Subscription Terms

Premium subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and managed through the App Store. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policy.

7. Limitation of Liability

Loona is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, including but not limited to medical complications, pregnancy, or other health outcomes.

8. Age Requirement

You must be at least 13 years old to use Loona. If you are under 18, you should review these terms with a parent or guardian.

9. Termination

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the app settings. Upon deletion, all data is permanently removed from your device.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting within the app.
