Local Storage (Default)
Your health data is stored locally on your device using encrypted storage. We use iOS Keychain and encrypted databases to protect your sensitive information. Local data is never transmitted to external servers without your explicit consent.
Cloud Backup (Optional)
- If you choose to create an account, data may be backed up to secure cloud servers
- All cloud data is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 encryption
- You can disable cloud backup at any time in app settings
Data Retention
- Local data persists until you delete the app or manually delete your account
- Cloud data is retained until you delete your account
- Deleted data is permanently removed within 30 days
5. Apple Health Integration
If you choose to connect with Apple Health:
- We will request permission to read and write specific health data
- You can revoke this permission at any time through iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Health
- We only access health data you explicitly authorize
- Data shared with Apple Health is governed by Apple's privacy policy

We DO NOT Share Your Health Data
- We never sell, rent, or share your personal health information
- We do not share data with third parties for advertising purposes
- Your cycle data is never used for research without explicit consent
Limited Sharing
- Analytics Providers: We use privacy-focused analytics (no personal health data)
- Payment Processing: Payment information is processed securely by third-party providers
- Legal Requirements: Only when legally obligated by law or court order

7. Your Rights and Controls
Data Access and Control
- View Data: Access all data we have about you through the app
- Export Data: Download your data in JSON or CSV format

- Delete Data: Request deletion of your account and all associated data
- Opt-Out: Disable analytics, cloud backup, or AI features at any time
Account Management
- Delete your account through Profile > Settings > Delete Account
- All data is permanently removed within 30 days of deletion
- You can recreate an account anytime, but previous data cannot be recovered
