How do I track my period?

Tap the "Log" tab at the bottom, select the date, and mark it as a period day. You can also log flow intensity, symptoms, and moods.

How accurate are the predictions?

Predictions improve over time as you log more cycles. They're based on your personal patterns and typically become accurate after 2-3 months of tracking.

Is my data private?

Yes! All your data is stored locally on your device only. We never upload your personal health information to external servers.

Can I export my data?

Yes! Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data to download your cycle history in JSON format.

How do I delete my data?

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all data from your device.

Can I use Loona for birth control?

NO. Loona is NOT a contraceptive device. Do not rely on predictions for birth control decisions. Always consult a healthcare provider.
