How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel through your Apple ID account settings or the App Store. Go to Settings > [Your Name] > Subscriptions > Loona > Cancel Subscription.
Can I export my data?
Yes! Go to Profile → Settings → Export Data to download your cycle history in JSON format.
How do I delete my data?
Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This will permanently remove all data from your device.
Can I use Loona for birth control?
NO. Loona is NOT a contraceptive device. Do not rely on predictions for birth control decisions. Always consult a healthcare provider.
Can I use Loona while pregnant?
Yes, but remember Loona is not a medical device. Consult your healthcare provider for pregnancy-related health decisions.
What devices are supported?
Loona is available for iPhone and iPad running iOS 14.0 or later. Android version coming soon.
How do I sync with Apple Health?
Go to Profile → Settings → Apple Health Integration and enable the features you want to sync. You can control what data is shared with Apple Health.
What's the difference between free and premium?
Free: Basic period tracking, limited AI insights, local storage only.
Premium: Advanced AI insights, unlimited predictions, cloud backup, priority support.
